The Impronta Ensemble is pleased to announce the winners of the 3rd Composition Competition.

From 143 compositions by 107 participants from 35 countries, the jury, chaired by Clemens Gadenstätter, has decided in favour of the following works.

1. prize worth €1,000 goes to Wenyiman He from China and the work Testament for string quartet.
2. prize worth €500 goes to Agustín Castellón from Chile and the work Sinuosa … emergió desde el violeta for flute, clarinet, violin, violoncello and piano
3. prize goes to Zihan Wu from China and the work The Scapes of Realm for string quartet.

The works will be performed as part of the 2023/24 or 2024/25 concert season.
